Kiss Kiss Bloom Room delivers flower magic Monday to Friday (excluding Gold Coast, QLD and national public holidays — we love a long weekend too).

We don’t offer specific delivery times, but if you’ve selected from our Same Day Delivery range, we’ll get those blooms out ASAP.

While you can’t choose the colour palette for our Same Day Delivery range, all you need to do is pop your order in the cart, check out, and we’ll handle the rest — making sure the prettiest, happiest blooms arrive on their doorstep, wrapped and ribboned just right.

Delivering to a house? If no one’s home, our couriers will find a safe spot to leave the flowers so they’re waiting when they return.

Not sure if someone will be in? Let us know a safe place (like near the front door, in a shady spot, or tucked in the carport) — the more detail, the better.

You can pop any special delivery instructions in the gift card section at checkout.

Oh — and a quick reminder! Our flowers will be delivered to the exact address you give us, so double-check those details. We can’t take responsibility for misdelivered blooms if the address is incorrect.

Just place your order the day before so we can hit the flower markets and handpick the freshest, most fabulous blooms in your chosen palette.

You’ll find a spot to leave your personal message on the checkout page — just pop your note in and we’ll handwrite it on a cute little gift card to go with your blooms.

Say it with love (or sass, we don’t judge)

Just hop over to checkout and select your delivery date from the handy calendar.

If the recipient isn’t home when we arrive, our courier will tuck the flowers safely in a secret (but safe!) spot nearby—like a porch, carport, or somewhere sheltered and away from the sun.

If you’re worried about where to leave them, just let us know during checkout with any special delivery instructions.

We want those blooms to arrive happy and ready to wow!

You’ll get a little love note from our team as soon as your flowers have landed safe and sound.

If you're sending flowers to an apartment, gated community, or holiday accommodation, we’ll need a contact phone number for the recipient (or someone on-site) who can help us ensure these beautiful blooms end up safe and sound with the person they are being sent to.

We’ll only use it if we absolutely have to—like if we can’t get through a gate, or there’s no safe spot to leave the blooms. If building or site managers won't accept deliveries and we can’t get in touch, we’ll reach out to you to arrange a re-delivery (which comes with an extra fee, just so you know!).
